There should be no negotiation with Abiy's genocidal government.

Ethiopians have never witnessed such a level of atrocities in every corner of the country in such a short period of time except Abiy's regime. Ethiopia's history, from traditional to post-traditional governments, has seen atrocities committed against groups and individuals perceived as threats to their power. However, over the past five years, Abiy and his genocide coordinator Shimels have made it their mission to openly spread hatred, encouraging local leaders in Oromia to commit ethnic cleansing with impunity. They have used the TPLF and OLF constitution to justify the exercise of their power. Any peace agreement that doesn't consign this inhuman tribal constitution to the dustbin of history will only prolong the suffering of the Ethiopian people.
The first priority should be the complete removal of Abiy's regime, followed by the replacement of this archaic tribal constitution with a truly democratic one that satisfies both the local and national aspirations of the Ethiopian people. This can only be achieved once the existing system is irreversibly dismantled. The war must continue until that goal is accomplished."

I say Fano has to negotiate with satan Mamo Killo on one agenda, to formulate his exit strategy. He is not legitimate any longer to dwell on any of Ethiopia's issues.

I think that depends on how strong (militarily) Fano is and whether Fano has a strong political alliance with other powerful political forces in most regions of the country.

I agree with you to some degree that Fano has to establish strong political alliance with other political groups(elites). And this task should be easy since a bigger portion of the Ethiopian population is sick and tired of this childish and incapable satanic administration, including most Oromo people.
As for Fano's military strength, it is not a factor any more. Mamo Killo's government is collapsing due to its own failures and incapacity to rule. Even if Fano disappears Tomorrow, this satan administration cannot survive the mess it put the country economically, socially, politically, diplomatically, and every other aspect of life. Its presence has been limited to appearing in Addis Ababa only as a gangster. And it won't be able to hold the city's population hostage for long.
