Could you imagine if the number of African-Americans either incarcerated or going through the judicial system, parole, etc., today is virtually the same as the number of slaves there were before the civil war - in the US.

This obviously shows that the US has done nothing to date with regard to its racial and racist system.

The US is the worst country that doesn't practise what it preaches.

Interesting a friend of mine was saying this. Few months ago we were talking about this particular issue
Remember back in the days 18 century there were slave catchers Well the police force of today are just the slave catchers and they incarcerate who ever they want . The modern police force are the slave catchers of yesterday nothing has really changed

What many people in the US do not know is that the prison in the US is not only an industry but most of all all a big business, which is in reality a new form of slavery.

I'll discuss this a bit further later, but just let me point this irony out:

In the US, crime is going down, yet the prison population keeps going up!

We live in Tigray but we follow the Americas politics and as well as world events.

We have read many books that the American justice system is unfair to Africa Americans in all aspects of the judicial,laws, court,police was designed to criminalize Black people for minor infraction to destroy their future to search for a job, housing etc etc.

On the contrary the law enforcement in America let's white people get away with major crimes and just give them warning.

African American have endured so much injustice, enslavement,rape ,massacred by racist white minus good white people that Africa people in Africa must show compassion to the plights of black people in America.

The system in America is still not fixed to give equal justice to all.

BTW Malcolm X was ahead of his time and selfless leaders like Martin Luther King.
