I don’t want to judge but those who were imprisoned by Abiy/ PP during the last war and now released to be sent to fight under Abiy/PP in the current war should just surrender. It’s immoral to fight for your tormentor.

Eden, that is a correct assessment. not fair from a frying pan to the fire. But it is a hard dilemma to go to Tigray and get paid nothing vs continue the only profession they know to help their family. Abiy Ahmed is manipulating the situation thanks to TPLF enlisted itself to be an accomplice

Absolutely. I can't believe you just used logic and showed real concern for the tigray people. This is the opposite of the typical behaviour of tplfs. The next logical thing to do should be for you to advocate for peace with Amara people. Doing so will insure a lasting peace for the tigray people

Yes, that’s why I feel like I can’t judge the individual soldiers for joining because Abiy may take them out if they refuse.
