ማዶ ለማዶ ሆኖ እንዴት ሂሳብ ማወራረድ ይቻላል? ሂሳብ የሚወራረደው ገለልተኛ አካል ፊት በአንድ ጠረጴዛ ተቀምጦ ነው የሚፈጸመው። ከባድሜ ጦርነት በኇላ እንዴት ኢትዮጵያና ኤርትራ እንዴት ሂሳብ እንዳወራረዱ ለምሳሌ እንመልከት። Both parties setup an independent body called 'Eritrea-Ethiopia Claims Commission'. claims was US$161,455,000 The total monetary compensation awarded to Ethiopia in respect of its claims was US$174,036,520. That means, Eritrea paid US$12,581,520, the balance of the excess compensation awarded to Ethiopia to settle the account permanently.
