What negotiation strategy should Tigray follow with the Federal government?

Thanks that the allied evil forces against Tigray are in a complete disarray and fighting and sabotaging to each other , the negotiation power of Tigray has significantly increased that could maximize the benefits for Tigray in realizing it's goals.
Tigray goals :
Immediate :
Securing its territorial integrity as per the constitution , reinstating law and order and raising billions of dollars for reconstruction . Justice & compensation for the genocide committed against Tigrayans
Long term :
- Exercising self determination of the Tigrayan people and possible reestablishment of democratic Federated or Confederated Ethiopia
- Transforming Tigray to be the leading & center of technological innovation, modernization , economic development, social & religious revival , democratization etc in the Horn of Africa.
Generic Techniques for resolving issues with Abiy government
- Confronting / problem solving
- Collaborating
- Compromising
- Smoothing / accommodating
- Forcing
- Withdrawal/ avoiding
Tigray negotiation strategy
Tigray negotiation power is reasonably high because the allied evil forces are in disarray , sabotaging and fighting to each other. This infighting shall continue in an aggravated way and Tigray could have significant negotiation power exploiting this opportunity. In addition global diplomatic support for Tigray is high due to the fact that Tigray was able to effectively resist subjugation and is considered as a center for stability for the Horn of Africa. The fact that Tigray has more than 250k trained and war hardened fighters could be used as deterrent against Fano , Isaias and could be easily deployed to support the Federal government against foreign forces provocation ( eg Eritrea or Egypt)
Tigray has to use largely win- win confronting / problem solving and collaborating negotiation techniques. It could also use compromising and smoothing / accommodating to some extent. However, Tigray should never use forcing and withdrawal / avoiding.
