I think he going to Mekelle, if true, I think he is going to tell the TPLF thugs that time to demarcate the border with Eritrea, namely, Badme. I think from the body language of Isaias in South Africa, says everything. I feel like Isaias was telling Abiy, I am done with you, let's demarcate the border and let's go on our separate way. I understand your take. But why does he need to visit Mekelle in person? He could just give instructions and I am sure the coward agames will follow the suit becasue that lilly Tigray is at the mercy of the federal government economically. Anyway, time will tell...
Having said that I would still not go to Mekelle if I were Dr. Abby... Sending his delegation to that little hell is more than enough...
