We know this template already for years, the change has been just in the filled in names of countries and entities, for exa. instead of Afganistan now Ethiopia etc.

Why do they keep just discrediting themselves? No one takes any note of what they say.

When an insurgent group raises its arms and declares that it control the whole region, the sovereign state should simply accept the terms and vacate the region, that is what they are telling us, if refusing to comply with is a deterioration.

Do you mean that it should have been mandated in Neqemte or Mekele?
