Confederacy Union of Ethiopia or United Federal States of Ethiopia?

I recommend a multi-ethnic team of elite Ethiopians to be established to advise the Ethiopian people on the way forward. We need to save Ethiopia either as Confederacy Union or United Federal States of Ethiopia.
Option 1 The Confederate Union of Ethiopia( Use EU & the USA Southern Confederacy of the South States, 1861 as a model)
- Sovereign states ( 6 states under confederacy Union)
1 - Tigray
2 - Amhara ( Agew, Kimant & Benshangul to be Federal States with Amhara or Tigray based on their choice )
3 - Oromia
4 - Somalia
5 - Afar
6 - United Southern states ( Sidama, Garage, Welita etc to be federal states within the United Southern States )
- Sovereign countries but same currency , integrated, economy , equal opportunity for the union member citizens in job, investment , wealth creation, and integrated infrastructure , integrated army etc.
Option 2 The United States Of Ethiopia
Similar to existing structure with democracy
The Amhara elites have to come up win win structure instead of salivating to control Arat Killo which is not going to be possible or sustainable. Similarly the Oromos will never be able to rule Ethiopia as hegemonic force and they have to come up with a structure that enables to sustain Ethiopia united or under union which addresses the aspirations of nations and nationalities.
