As far as I know Eritrea has never Received Wheat from white men unlike Cursed land Tigray!!

Eritreans receive a daily humanitarian food assistance in the west, while Tigrayans receive a monthly humanitarian food assistance in Tigray, that's the difference between Tigray and deserted Eritrea.

You got it wrong my dear. The poem written by British novelist and poet Rudyard Kipling in 1899 urged the US to take up the burden of empire building, specifically to "civilize" the Philippines. You however reduced the " white man's burden" to rationing bread. The white man might not like it.
