Leadership without integrity is a recipe for disaster. In looking for people to hire, as Buffet once said "you look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don’t have the first, the other two will kill you.”Ever since the Abiy regime came to power, the only tool they employed to rule the conutry is through pure deception. After five long years of pretension and hollow promices by the regime, all we came to see is death by millions and property destructions by billions.Now we all are confronted with the naked ugly truth that the OPDO adminisrtaion is all about repeating at a greater scale the TPLF years of reign of terror by replacing Tigrean oligarchs with fat headed Oromo cadres.

OPDO is falling by its own ineptness, exclusionism and the greed to control every domain of resources. Most of all, the leadership seem to have cheapen the value of human lives and lacks basic human dcencies to lead a nation that has been built by centuries wealth of of custom, courage and faith. The regime will definetly be defetead and chased out of power. It is a matter not of if but when. However, the country that we are to recaive is going to be scared with so much bloodshade and fostered with communal resentment towards a certain group in whose name attrocities are being committed.
