Amhara does not have any jurisdiction to tell Oromia to close embassies, close them in Bahridar???

Can you ask to yourself.... who am I tell Oromia what to do in their domain Addis Ababa, if you want to close embassies, close them in Bahridar or any other Amhara regions not Oromia, let them make the best decisions for themselves.
