I was shocked to learn that Eritrea official national language is not Tigrigna nor Arabic. Infact, Eritrea has none. All nine languages are Eritrea's official and working language. All languages are equal. What a nation. In Ethiopia, if you have an official business to conduct, if you live in Addis but you own properties in Oromo district, you must bring Oromo written application. Amharic is not accepted. I am talking if you are in Addis and you need to do business in Sebeta Logotaffo. we are talking about 15 to 20 k.m apart. However, in Eritrea you can do business cost to cost with no problem.

As to the topic at hand, you are a big liar. In eritrea forget in the highlands even in the lowlands, tigrigna is the undeclared official languge. If you prepare any application in tigrayit or Arabic and present it to any government clerk, he/she will tell you "bi-tigrigna torgimka amtsaia" its literal translation, translate it into tigrigna and then re-submit your request or application.
So stop lying!
