The most important issue is to acknowledge the problems of Ethiopia have become beyond the politicians and the country is going toward more blood shed and possible disintegration which will negatively affect all of us..Any discussion has to focus on this clear and present danger. May be you have to clarify your question if I do not understand it.

After seeding some good ideas, your addiction with AU,EU, UN relapsed. These are the mother of the problem and cannot be part of the solution. And again, when you say "submit the proposal to the government" it is recipe to continue the cycle of the tragedy. You should have mentioned/recommended an independent body outside of the reach of Abiy Ahmed. Also, do not forget those who committed heinous crime wherever and whenever that crime was committed should not be acquitted. We know who these criminals are. They spell innocent blood for power and power only. Come clean. A hogwash approach is not an acceptable solution.
