One thing is certain, the Ugume who pretends to be a Somali is suffering deep, so deep devastation that is making him cry day and night. Defeat like the one Agames suffered is devastating indeed. But what is worse is that there is nothing in the horizon that gives hope to them. Their future is bleaker than their current situation. AND Then THERE IS THIS

I think eden/SmellyMan is experiencing a nervous breakdown which often manifests itself in uncontrollable anger and incoherent rants. He's traumatized by his loss of 1.5 million TPLF fighters in less than 2 years of war which shattered his evil dreams of coming back to power in Ethiopia. It doesn't help either when he has a massive inferiority complex towards Eritreans. He's a lost cause, but very entertaining for those who find humor in his shocking ignorance.
