The deplorable state of press freedom in Eritrea, a country known worldwide as Africa's North Korea due to its totalitarian dictatorship, has constantly been ranked bottom in Reporters Sans Frontières' (RSF) Press Freedom Index.

Eritrea, also known worldwide as "The Prison State, is the world's most censored country with no free press or media.

The situation in my country (Eritrea) is even worse compared to North Korea, Asmara is a less open place than Pyongyang.
