First of all Eritrea never refused honest assistance from the rich and powerful countries. One thing I know for sure, the Australian sheep were sick and that's is the reason why many countries even poor countries refused to accept them but they were welcomed in Eritrea by HIGDEF.

But it is unfortunate that Africans can't live without creating a turmoil in their part of the world, which then necessarily leads to the condition of begging for one's survival.

While the rest of the world is exploring deep space for their next adventure and resource exploitation, our African leaders seem to have no other more pressing business than toppling one another and creating vicious cycle of violence. This leads to a more dire situation for their own children and the children of the their children.

I saw a map of western African nations today on BBC which have recently violently removed the government and made themselves the kings, not less than 10 nations. I felt very sad.

On the positive side Ethiopia is no more in the list, thanks to Abiy Ahmed. We may going to see a food basket case finally in Ethiopia in the near future, thanks to those who can think and handle on what they have thought.
