- Apologize the Tigray people for every evil he committed on Tigray and promise compensation for damages ( individual, private business, government structure)
- Free use of Massawa port for Tigray in perpetuity
- Free use of Assab in perpetuity
- Liberalized labour and commerce between the two countries.
It is good for him to escape from hell as he is dying very soon!
