a) Yes, TPLF transported all its weapon and handed most of it to Fano.
b) No, Amhara Fano has brave hearts than TPLF; but TPLF has more weapon, but a cowardice heart.
c) No, TPLF has more weapons and PP-OLF supply route of weapon, but Fano will take them all.
d) Yes, Amhara Fano is capturing OLF-ENDF modern weapon and has diaspora assets to procure more.
