Last visit of Isaias to Egypt was in July 2020, most probably to brief Al Sisi on the preparation details to invade Tigray ( Egypt has given directive to Isaias destabilize and disintegrate Ethiopia and to finish TPLF and punishing Tigray for damming the Abay river), The current visit is to discuss on the current internal condition of Ethiopia & how to further destabilize it ,& pressurize the Abiy government to sign the water share agreement , how to stop the resurrection of TPLF and of course how to handle the crises in Sudan to the advantage of Egypt and Eritrea.
