As seen in some woredas we have minorities complaining of rights for example Welqayt Amhara felt marginalized by Tigray but once Welqayt Amhara took control the Tigrays felt marginalized so the same issue re-occured.
so the District issue between Amhara and Tigray should be addressed by giving majority and minority rights selected community leaders to democratically voice the Woreda Hizb Gudayoch and Community centers.
so in a perfect realm we can give all ethnic rights in districts like Ofla which is home to Raya Agaw, Raya Amhara and Raya Tigray communities. This means Majority cannot silence the minority.
The best method is not considered because our society politics is poisoned by ethnic hatred which is anti-ethiopian, anti-habesha, anti-humanity, anti-christian but must be considered by our regional government because I do not believe in EPRDF Politics of silencing Minorities
