Absolutely correct. Eskinder has been called all kinds of names for standing up for the citizens of Addis. The same happened to the late General Asaminew Tsigie. The general was wrongly portrayed as a crazy man but if you listen to his speech of the time you clearly understand why he was targeted. A brilliant man who clearly saw the danger ahead of time.
The Ethiopian elites contrary to what they think of themselves are not bright. That is why Ethiopia is where it is today a semi communist and impoverished country. we have seen the likes of Mengistu, Melese and now Abiye in power for a reason.
Even in opposition goons, con artists and illiterate vocal activists are making a good living out of a misery of Ethiopia and as the expense of Ethiopia.
