There are three reasons I can speculate
1- He is just trying to refrain China from supporting Russia. I meant to isolate Russia
2- the Cuba fiasco makes Uncle Sam uncomfortable.
3- the PRESIDENTIAL election is catching up, so , they want to cool it down till the election. Imagine what our world will head to if Biden is reelected. The old snail Biden need to take the entire world with him.
Will China buy this? I doubt it.

It is obvious things are not going according to their plan. They want to isolate Russia from China and deal with China on a later date. The Russian bear has humiliated NATO. It's the start of the downfall of the evil empire.

Does Blinken not know, he is not welcome in China? Why has he, such thick skin?

In this 🧵, let's look at what's happening behind the scenes.
Four days before Blinken’s China trip, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan went to Asean to meet China’s neighbours’ heads of security.
The purpose was, to coerce them into preparing for war against China.
Three more moves were made to prepare for the "talks" with China.
Two weeks before Blinken's uninvited trip to China, the US and its client states, Canada, Japan and Australia conducted a military exercise close to China's east coast.
The US, ain't gonna stop there. To ensure China that Blinken is there for "peace", they had to do more.
A week before the unwanted Blinken's trip, another US-led military exercise joined by Japan and France was held near Okinawa.
Two US aircraft carriers lurked around, outside China's east coast.
And then, on June 16th, the US sent the message before sending the messenger.

The US's ruling Warhawks ensured China got the message, three days before Blinken was sent to Beijing.
After Sullivan made China’s neighbours prepare to fight the US war against China, and the back-to-back US-led military exercises on China's home turf, Blinken barged into Beijing.
Blinken wasn’t there to talk, but to deliver a threatening message – resistance is futile.
Beijing will delay a military confrontation with the US, for as long as possible. Because, it would be foolish to start a war on its own front lawn.
And as time passes, more countries will join China to stand up to the US.
