What a joke?

This is shameless, in my view.
They said first massive diversion of aid for the needy in the country, which they themselves claimed to amount to over 20 million citizens, who became aid dependent due to devastating drought, the worst in decades, and 2 year long war, which has also devastated the communities in the affected area massively.
They stopped the aid, due to the "massive diversion of the aid" from the needy to feed the Ethiopian military, according to their own claim.
Now they came back and declared:
"860 kg of wheat and 215,000 litres of food oil" has been stolen and due to that they suspended the aid from over 20 Million needy citizens.
On top of that they didn't specifically mentioned who the culprits are, they only claimed Ethiopian regional and federal authorities as well as Eritrean military, without saying which amount went to which body of those mentioned in their reporting. Never ask back about since when regional authorities have been taking care of the ENDF and needed to steal something and cater to the need of the later. Know a shame!
