The interview you posted is not with Ras Mengsha. ቪድዮው አታላይ ነው። It is with two other gentlemen although the title of the video is misleading. I wonder how many millions were mislead by the false title! መቼ ነው ማታልል የምትተዉት?

Ok. He is saying "እኛ ወሰናችን ኦምሓጀር ሱዳን ጠረፍ ነው።" (around 28:16) He is consistent with the above video I posted at the top of the thread. OmHajer is an Eritrean border town about 7km from Humera.
