Theft is ok in Chigray as long as you are not caught. That is how they are raised. A generation that saw its parents and elders robbing Ethiopian wealth with no qualms has learned that theft is OK. It is the shortest path to riches and Agames love short-cuts. That is why they are perennial beggars and prostitutes. All TPLF leaders have accumulated wealth by theft. So why are they surprised when their children turn to this quintessential Tigrayan accomplishment!
But to steal an ox and slaughter it? What were they going do do with the meat after they had feasted on it. Sell it!
