China enabled Tigray genocide by blocking decisions in the UN, will it compensate Tigray?

The relationship between the China communist party and TPLF has been strong over two and half decades. China's inroad to Africa during that time was facilitated by PM Meles & the EPRDF government. China reciprocated that by enabling the genocide in Tigray to contuinue for two years costing Tigray millions of it's people. Will China draw a lesson from the Tigray genocide and become a responsible global actor in the future ? Will China compensate Tigray by funding and participating in the reconstruction of post war Tigray? The western world , specially USA have given crucial financial and diplomatic support for the humanitarian need and peace of Tigray while China was blackmailing thier involvements while appeasing the brutal genocidal dictator Isaias. Time for China to correct it's mistakes and fund and participate in the Tigray reconstruction projects! Same applies to Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
