Denying hard currency to the evil dictator is a very good idea. We have to come up with different methods of helping the loved ones at home. For example let those good local Ethiopians who have the money give cash or something similar to the relatives in Ethiopia in exchange we deposit hard currency to their account abroad. Or suspend your visit to Ethiopia by a couple of years etc.

use hawalas (the hard currency never reaches Ethiopia, most likely Dubai as most hawalas have bank accounts there).

Yonas Biru and Dawit Woldegiorgis should be elements to have been implanted to serve some interests outside of the country. Else I could hardly understand how someone could be in such a free fall in disgrace.
