China & Eritrea to seal a strategic deal

Post by Tazabi-1 » 14 May 2023, 18:31

Eritrea and China expected to ink a strategic "Sino- Eritrean " partnership.
Key agreements expected to be reached:
1, Eritrea will use Chinese Yuan as its main foreign exchange currency! Dedollarization is the goal!
2, Eritrean redsea will be Chinese's hub for its Belt Road Initiative
In the Middle East and Eastern African regions. This deal might have a military agreement dimension
3, China will extend substantial loan to Eritrea to give Eritrea's economy a new impetus
4, joint Chinese and Russian military presence in Eritrea's portion of redsea is very possible

Sino-Eritrean, not Cino-Eritrean.

2 years ago I recommended Russia and China building navy bases in Eritrea this proposal was rejected by Eritreans but now it will happen but it should not happen without the development of Eritryea Economy. Learn from Djibouti

I thank Horus for the correction too. However, why don't you correct the mistake he/she brought to your attention? Go to the "Edit" pen(pencil) symbol and fix the typo.

Correction:
It should be called Erit-Sino for alphabetical E comes before S.
The same goes with Erit-Ethio if it is written or said in English. Logic Er comes before Et.
Yes if it is in geez it should be Eth-Erit.
So my Eritrean brothers and sisters don’t demean your proud self by letting others to act as if they matter more than Eritrea and always use the alphabets to write or say them.
I am not going to give an inch to any national to play their games. I am more than OK to accept things if they make sense, like in the geez thing in Ethio-Erit thing.

Sino-American (not comparable) Of or relating to diplomatic relations between China and the United States of America. Of or relating to relations between the Republic of China and the United States. Of or relating to relations between the People's Republic of China and the United States

On February of 2023, Sudan's ruling military signed an agreement with Russia to have a Russian navy base built in Port Sudan. The West were not happy with the agreement, so they instigated a conflict between Sudan's two powerful generals to destabilize the country, thus preventing Russia from moving forward with its plans to build a naval base in the Sudan.

China has been watching the events in Sudan closely, and it now has legitimate concerns about losing its first overseas naval base in Djibouti if dictator Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, at the order of his French colonial masters, terminates its contract. China, of course, has contingency plans to accelerate its Belt and Road Initiative in the face of unfortunate events. Moving its naval base next door to peaceful and stable Eritrea will provide China the peace of mind it desperately needs to accomplish its Belt and Road initiative. 欢迎 Welcome.

Thanks, Fiyameta. I believe your understanding is more plausible that could be a win-win situation for Eritrea and China. 谢谢 (Thank you)

It is widely known that, China used Singapore's model of development to become the world's leading economic super power. Educated manpower and infrastructure are the two keys to development. Watch this....

No Dottore, the USA will not nuke the world. But it has done everything it can to stop the process of de-dollarization. The invasions of Libya and Iraq, the endless creation of instability in the Middle East and elsewhere, were attempts to keep the world busy and dependent on them. The USA is now a depleted force; Just see how the Saudis are thumping their nose at the once mighty super-power. Like the decolonization that ended the British Empire, de-dollarization will end US hegemony. Injustice always comes to an end. No one can live for ever on the back of other. That is just a law of nature. Close to home, the Agames thought they were going to live forever by milking Ethiopia. It was a very stupid idea and we see the outcome now. Similarly, the USA wanted to go on milking the world. But the world is saying ENOUGH!

To add to sesame's concise response to your input, even if it was to go as you claimed, our way of thinking & behaving as men- if we really desire the freedom & liberty of the HoA from foreign domination- should be along the lines:

Better to die standing, than live on our knees.

It's that firm attitude that freed other people's in the past & the same attitude will work for us, too.

I guess you are having a problem with the meaning of freedom. Freedom goes both ways based on your own decision making. Chines relationship with other countries is based on deals and agreements. While the US relationship with other countries is based on threat, blackmailing and interference in internal politics.
