Yesterday, I saw a rerun of a show called The Jeffersons.

Jefferson opened a laundry in a white neighbourhood. Archie, Jefferson's white neighbour, pays Jefferson with a fake 10 dollar bill for cleaning his only suit. Jefferson gets mad when he finds out it that it was fake and confronts Archie about it, to which Archie replies "why are you mad, why don't give the fake 10 dollar bill to a brother as a change when he cleans his clothes with you, he will give it to a [deleted] in the ghetto, who will take it to the car dealer to buy a limo, so my fake 10 dollar bill will anyways end up in a white man's pocket, why get mad"

So, if Eritrea sends Tigray food aid, someone there will anyways sell it and the food will end up in Addis or Asmara, so it will just be a waste of resource transporting it back and forth.

The best thing is to show them to do it themselves, build dams and ponds, invest on food security and not on fancy 3rd class hotels.
