We all know this so-called " Pretoria treaty" was scam that would not last three months. It blindsided the actual stakeholders as a result it was null and void from the outset. It actually was continuation violence in East Africa, not a solution to put a stop on the conflict. The whole process defies logic and was a pure conspiracy. Amhara being the largest constituents of the country, any exclusion and marginalization by itself is a setup to fail the country in its entirety.
