Tigray has no power in the center and the war has decimated to be of any use for America to make a difference. So what to do? the first order of things is to make a chasm between Abiy's Ethiopia and Eritrea. Abiy who floored himself at the feet of Issyas to save him and begged him to interfere so that he will extend his life for one more day, now he is threatening Eritrea in an underhanded way. This is because he needs American dollars to plaster grandiose pictures behind his podium to pretend his making the country prosper, while the parents skip their dinner so that their kids eat. Who can pay 10,000 to eat teff injera with 2000 salary? This is the reality. Abiy needs the 2 billion scrubs to continue to exist so he is acting now macho man to do what America wants he is attacking Amharas to give back Amhara's land to Weyanes, and threatening Eritrea. Weyanes are feeding him paranoia as well that Amharas and Eritreas are going to overthrow him, so his survival instinct also may have kicked in. Weyanes are afraid of Issyas as you can see in this forum, all the talk is about war with Eritrea. Eritrea is sold nothing going to happen. But After all the support Abiy has gotten when weyane backstabbed Ethiopia, to change his tone, let alone contemplate doing anything nefarious, shows what kind of scrap from the bottom of the barrel he is, morally speaking.

Doubt he has an apetite for another war, he will be left on his own and become a pray for tplf. I don't think he will be dumb enough to trust tplf and have them as his alies instead of the Amharas and Eritrea. You see he might, and I say might be able to kiss and make up with tplf but tplf will never forgive him for humiliating them and making them his juniors. He knows this far too well.

The Amharas are not going to let him scott free either. Even if he by any chance manages to disarm the liyu and fano, that won't be the end of the story. Amharas will never rest while their land is occupied and there's no force in Ethiopia that can hold them back once they rise in unison.

As for my Eritrea, no need to make much noises. If he is stupid enough to try, let him suffer tplf's fate, surrender and retreat.

These is unexpected for you but we saw it coming and is is happening . The loosers of the Tigray war are both Amhara- and Isaias. Isaias shall be removed from power and Eriteria shall be unstable and governed by PP& TPLF joint forces until a new government is established from the diaspora. The ambition of Amhara's to come to Arat Kill shall be neutralized and Oromia allied with Tigray shall rule Ethiopia and the Horn Africa for additional decades propelling it to prosperity and greatness.
