What Isaias has underestimated is that his plan to remove Abiy will deepen the relationship between Abiy and TPLF and Abiy could easily integrate TDF to his army and march to Eriteria , to unseat Isaias from power once and for all. To prevent this, Isaias plan is to give the maximum support to the Amhara shiftas so that Abiy will be bogged down in infighting in the Amhara- state and he is working to that effect . Isaias is also trying to bring instability in Tigray by holding some territories and training and sending his foot soldiers like DEMHIT using the territories he is holding as a launching pad .Abiy knows that very well and he is expected to swiftly move to Eriteria to unseat Isaias .
