Ethiopia has to follow the private sector driven capitalist economic model rather than the state driven one !

Government has to focus on creating the enabling environment and building the infrastructure to attract private- sector investment from local and foreign. Establishing & sustaining corruption free civil service, security, democracy, law and order, individual rights etc!
