I can't understand what makes someone laugh that much, I don't understand Tigrigna as well.
But there is nothing in the statement of the Field Marshal that hints to what you wrote here.
War time mobilization happens in many countries all the time, after the war has ended that force also needs to be demobilized and go back to its daily lives businesses. How is that to be interpereted as "outlived their usefullness". It seems that you have not yet recovered from the trauma of the TPLF war's consequences that you were so much attached to during the war.
