When the Ethiopian government announced that it would cost up to $20 billion dollars to rebuild the country's war-ravaged economy, the TPLF psychos took a victory lap around their own dead because, for them, submerging Ethiopia further into debt was a cause worth sacrificing 1.5 million Tigrayan youth and children lives.
