There are rumors from Amhara PP that, Abiy will temporarily halt the decision to disarm the Amhara militias (FANO), not the Afar militias. There has been no change in the plan to disarm the Afar militias, which will end this week. Both Afar and Somali officials agreed. Oromo militias are not included in the plan.
