Tigray is part of Ethiopia and Ethiopia is a sovereign country. Meddling officially in any sovereign country's business is normally regarded as an extreme disrespect and serious violation of sovereignty of that people and country. But unfortunately you don't see it that way. Mr what ever his name is taking care of his garden and is afraid of the jungle not to turn to a better Garden than his.
