Yes, the screwed-up behavior of the west trying to impose on Africans can not be accepted under any circumstance. I hope the Ugandan president refuses to sign the proposal. Look what that kind of attitude the unnatural behavior has developed into. For example, I watched a FOX News TV program by Tucker Carlson, reporting now that it is acceptable for young people, as young as 14 years old, to receive some medical "advice" to get their "wrong" gender "Corrected" by surgical intervention! All the patient has to say is "I am not comfortable with my gender". That's it! Then some self-serving medical outposts would gladly perform the surgery without any charge to the patient and without any knowledge of his/her parents or guardian! Of course, someone has to foot the bill. No problem. That is covered by some so-called NGOs who have no shame in milking the money from many unsuspecting donors.
As sad as that is, many of the patients wish they hadn't undergone the IRREVERSIBLE procedure after they find out that no successful correction has been seen as a result of false expectations of correcting their situation, whatever that may have been!
