Is it so that he couldn't manage his own mouth as a result of which some one else just managed his loose running loud big mouth? If he can't take care of his loose running mouth why should others care about it?
Even moderately smart and civilized people know what to talk, when to talk, where to talk and how to talk or else even the gods might get angry at them. He should know that Ethiopians elected their Prime Minister and his government in a free and fair contested democratic election process in which case Ethiopians are also ready to defend their elected leaders by all means possible.
If he did not know that but he might know it by now.
