It looks like the lab where TPLF terrorists manufactured the mind-altering hallucinogenic drugs they had forced their child conscripts to consume before herding them into a battlefield. Crime against humanity!

Tplf produced nothing but drug addicts. No wonder tplf still rules mekele. It is a town of zombies.
