May be he is unhappy for not being elected to be president(his origin being from Raya Amhara is a liability). What has Tsadikan said about this too. I think he's trying to pass the blame onto the federal government as Tigrayans are not happy with tplf's recent sham elections that saw all the top interim administration of Tigray positions being filled by tplf. He is sort of saying we are only doing what was permitted to us.
