  The UAE was charging the TPLF $1.6 BILLION dollars a year to use Djibouti's port services, mainly to import food aid and some household items to furnish homes owned by agame thieves in Bole and Mekelle.
  
  The UAE, in pursuit of its strategy to ensure a safe passage for its oil tankers crossing the Red Sea en route to Europe, it reached an agreement with Eritrea to park its naval and air force fleet at the port of Assab (aka watering hole for camels) in exchange for HALF A BILLION DOLLARS a year in Parking fees!!!
  
  This means that, almost half of the $1.6 billion the UAE collected from the agame went directly to Eritrea as Parking Fees.
  
  In other words, for many years Eritrea was making the TPLF pay her HALF A BILLION DOLLARS a year indirectly without the agame having to set foot in the Eritrean port of Assab and pollute its pristine waters. And while this was taking place, the TPLF lacked the mental tools necessary to fully understand what was happening, for most of the money the TPLF used to pay for Djibouti's port services came in the form of foreign aid from countries that illegally imposed sanctions on Eritrea to hurt its economy. But guess who was laughing all the way to the bank at the end? Yes, you guessed it: The fiercely independent African country with over 1,780 battle tanks at its disposal!

A Saudi Arabian Prince visited Kyiv on 26 February.

As customary, guests bring presents with them, so Prince Faisal brought USD 400 million assistance ($100 million in humanitarian aid and $300 million in oil products).

The visit was the first by an official Saudi delegation to Ukraine since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 1993.

On Feb. 23, Saudi Arabia voted in favor of a UN resolution that calls Russia to stop “hostilities in Ukraine and calls for the withdrawal of its forces.”
Only 7 countries voted against: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Mali, Eritrea and Nicaragua.

By February 23, 2023, leaders of many countries visited Kyiv after the start of the full-scale invasion by Russia.

During the last 10 days, Kyiv also welcomed: U.S. President Joe Biden, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni & Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez

The Ukrainian president has so far received at least one visit from almost all larger European countries except for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Belarus.

The most far-flung visits to Ukraine in the past year were made by the leaders of Indonesia, Australia, Guatemala, Canada and Guinea-Bissau.

Ukraine’s foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba said , “Every war ends in a diplomatic way. Every war ends as a result of the actions taken on the battlefield and at the negotiating table.”

Forming alliances is as great a part of the successful warfare as of peace-making.
