To be honest, I do not think so. If so, which one would be a wonderful favorite gift to Isaias Afework from Abiy Ahmed, rescuing TPLF from extinction or finish off TPLF? Anyone trusting Abiy Ahmed is like catching a falling knife. He is arming TPLF now with more sophisticated weapons and recalling the old ones they had upon looting ENDF -North Command
