This year as the video tells us the government of Tigray recognized the heroism of Tembien people for their at most resistance to the enemy Italy. Good start and more to be studied and done to the surrounding areas made us proud Tigrayans.

Haileselassie was enemy of Tigray who took Kebo and gave to Wolo because Tigray fought him as woyane first.

Ras Mekennen Wolde Mikael Yemane Melekot had a Tembianay Grandma. She married Shewa Amhara Dynasty in Tegulut. Ras Mekonnen is only 25% Tembienay he is 75% Amhara a descandant of the Arbegnas that preserved the Shoua Amhara people for centuries

Raesi Mekonen is pure 100% from Wersege Tembien, Tigray. He does not have any blood of Amhara except he was the governor of Harar, so many other Tigrayans were the governor of other regions like Wollo and southern regions.

Pre 1975 the entire Tembien skin of the people were light and sharp straight noses, the only dark skin in Tigray were Adwa and Tembien kids specially the country side did not know black color, the only time we used to see dark skin and different feature was during market day Saturday from Adwa merchants come and buy everything the find in the market plus they used to by oxen, goats and sheep and take them to Asmara. The light skin in Tigray used to be Tembien, Agame and Axum and some in Raya the tembien settled some of the region taken by Amhara and speak Amharic now and they maintain the old Tembien skin and feature too but speak amharic. Axum and Tembien are the same gene since Axum city was founded by the Tembien nine priests and founded Axum Tsion and Axumite kingdom. The two queens, Mekeda and Shiba/Saba are from Tembien the outskirt of Abiy Adi called Suqurti and King Selema the first king of Axum. Today Axum is very much diluted by Adwa and Seraye, the same is Tembien and the rest of Tigray from the Amhara and southern soldiers. Enderta poluted by Amhara soldiers from Kuha Amhara soldiers base, Wokro maintain its old feature called Kederay. Shire is settlers heavily from Tembien, Axum and Agame. Tselemti, Tsegede, Adi Arkay to Metema Yohannes, Seharti-Samre are Tembien province as the new map discovered last year from Estonia, German, England and Stanford Universities show the province of Tigray and their true territories. Raya and Enderta are Kederay have the same feature like Tembien, Axum and Agame and Awlaelo are part Kederay like Enderta and Raya and part are like Tembien and Agame.
