ምርጡ የቤት ጋላ አብይ አህመድ አዲስ አበባ ሳትጠይቀው በግድ ካልደመ ምኩሽ በሚል የህልም ኢኮኖሚ ውስጥ ሲዋዥቅ : የወንድ አየር ወለዱ ዶር ይልቃል ወጣት ቀጣሪ ኢንደስትሪዎች ያስመርቃል!!

Ethiopia's dark history began when only Addis Ababa was developed and the rest of the country was left behind to stop this every corner of the country must have its own developed city centers. This caused millions to move into Addis out of their homelands. The result is still ongoing with the PP Shager Kegnas leaving Borena and Welega in the dark.,

አዲስ አበባም develop አላረገም!! አንድ እንኳን ተአለም ተወዳዳሪ core industry የለውም!! it is a winner of population growth and relative advantage which hiked up its real estate price. It benefits twice from absence of regional diversification.
