Advise to the Amhara State !

1, The failed strategy of Amhara exterimists listed in the link below was bad & had costed hundreds of thousands of Amhara lives and billions of dollars to the Amhara people and created strategic enimies for the Amhara state.

2, The Amhara state has to avoid any confrontation with the Abiy government ( learn from what happened in Tigray). Instead it has to free its politics from neo-colonization, focus internally and build corruption intolerant civil service and vibrant democracy that could be the foundation for fast development of the Amhara state and to be the model for Ethiopia. Relatively speaking corruption culture is more deeper in the Oromos and the Amhara state has better working culture. This could be developed to further competitive advantage by building corruption intolerant civil service with efficient and effective bureaucracy( which could ultimately be a model for the whole Ethiopia)
3, The Amhara state has to stop it's expansionist policy toward Tigray, Oromia, Afar and Benshangul Gumez.
The Amhara state has already huge human capital, vast unutilized fertile land and water resources . No need to quarrel with other states but pursue it's claims as per the constitution , while developing and exploiting the vast resources under it's control.
4, It should work on aggressive reconstruction, infrastructure development and economic growth over the next 20 years with the objective of becoming the biggest economy & economic center of Ethiopia.
5, Transform Debre Birhan, Debre Markos, Bahirdar and Gondar to mega cities and industry hubs with international air transport services over the next 20 years . No need to compete and fight with the Federal government & Oromos on Addis Ababa. Addis Ababa could be irrelevant if internationally linked (via air transport) mega cities are built in the Amhara state
6, If the Amhara state does the above , over the next 20 years the whole Ethiopia shall willingly follow it's leadership and the Amhara could claim their historic leadership position with out shooting any bullet .
7, If the Amhara state decides to follow the evil advise of Isaias on Ethiopia and decide to fight with Tigray, the Federal government and Oromia , it shall be disintegrated along Gondar, Gojjam, and Shoua , while Wello will be divided among Oromia and Tigray and the suffering of the divided & marginalized Amhara people will contuinue .
The way forward : Follow the path of reconcilation, peace , unity, and prosperity. Do not allow the agent of Egypt, Isaias and his foot soldiers ( Neamin Zeleke led mafia network) to manipulate you with their evil plan to destroy Ethiopia.
