I can tell you with 100% certainty he won't be talking about resuscitating the economy, physical demarcation of the border, building state institutions, implementing the constitution or handing the reins of power to the next generation.
In short, it will the usual old-fashioned good-for-nothing . . .

We have a popular representative democracy in Eritrea with local elections. What do you want more than that ? The government is also working day and night to improve the living standard of the people by concentrating on food security, education and health.
