- Nazir Turk: The emissaries are seeking to colonize us through the remote control government

The head of the Supreme Council of Beja Nazirs and independent 3Amudiyaat, Muhammad al-Amin Turk( ሙሓመድ ኣል-ኣሚን ትርክ), vowed to close down eastern Sudan again if a new government was formed that did not meet their demands.
Turk(ትርክ) renewed his accusation against the international envoys of seeking to colonize the country again through a government that works with (remote control). "We do not want their organizations to operate in the east," he added. Turk(ትርክ) stressed that they in eastern Sudan will not be a mount/መጢያ( መጽዓኛ;መወጥሕ) for the dictatorial authority, whether civilians or military. "We will not be servants of the rulers," he said.
