I have recently been watching videos of Asmara and I'm falling in love with the city. I am seriously thinking to make the city my part-time residence when I retire. From the videos, I learned that Asmara is crime free and clean with beautiful cafes and pizzerias.
The only thing I couldn't find is information about its justice system and constitutional freedom and protection for civilians especially foreigners and ethiopians.
Re: Does Eritrea have constitution and justice system?
What does your fake “constitution” and “justice system “ benefited your Chigar people? You still dirt poor and rely on daily handouts. We aren’t going to held fake elections and circus justice system for the sake of collecting western Aide. We are happy as we are. No Eritrean is hanged upside down on his own country and butchered because he happened to be from a wrong ethnicity. Thanks to your Weyane’s “constitution”, that is what we see is Ethiopia today.
By the way, Do you wonder why Eritrean never ever starved nor one single child died of hunger despite refusing to take one kilo wheat of expired wheat from your masters?

I agree with you 100% that no-constitution is better than the one Ethiopia got. The Ethiopian/woyane constitution is a chemical that ignites fire in every corner of the country.
The crimes in Ethiopia are not only caused by ethnicity but religion as well. Woyane started satanism is now flourishing and very close to destroying the only common institution of religion, orthodox church.
But back to Eritrea for now. The reason I asked about Eritrea's justice and constitutional system is PURELY nonpolitical. I seriously want to spend few months the year of my retirement age in Asmera cause I love their cafes and restaurants. Asmera is also small and clean. What I am curious about is that what happens if one needs the protection of fair and balanced justice due to false accusations or naive mistakes. Is there functional court in the country executing the constitution. Believe me. I don't care wheathe Isayas rules the country forever, I just want fair way of redress personal grievances that we all come accross in a daily life like everywhere.

It is no good, at least for you. We don't want you anywhere near Eritrea let alone the heart of it, Asmara. If you ever fly to Asmara tell them you're a weyanay rodent so they can put in jail or deport you back to your kilil.
