The Boni National Reserve also known as Somali National Reserve is a national reserve for conservation and lies in the Garissa County, Kenya. The reserve covers an area of 1,339 square kilometers on Kenya side and 3,000 square kilometers on Somalia side, the Kenyan side is managed by Kenya Wildlife Service.





Kenya like Ethiopia is an artificial project of European 19th century colonial endeavor in Africa, the total land area of Kenya is 569,140 square kilometers and a little over 264.993 square kilometers that is one hundred percent inhibited by Somalis belong to Somalia.
